Delivery Options

  • In-Store Pickup: The instrument will be ready to pick up at the PMC location that services your school within one week of completing the online agreement.
  • School Delivery: The instrument will be delivered to the school selected within one week of completing the online agreement. The instrument will be received and signed-for by either the band director or school secretary. It becomes your responsibility one it has been signed for at the school.

Maintenance

    Monthy Maintenance and Replacement coverage makes us responsible for the instrument the entire time you are renting! It covers routine adjustments, maintenance, emergency repairs, vandalism, and even theft by forced entry. You get fast turn-around and free delivery. It is director-recommended!


Note: Customers who complete the online rental application will automatically be enrolled in our auto-pay option. The credit card you provide will be debited for the rental fee each month. If you have payment questions, please contact our accounting department at (417) 882-7733.
