Important Payment Notice: Leaving your instrument in the band or orchestra room, or even with the school director, does not stop your payments. Monthly payments only stop once the instrument has been physically received at a Palen Music Center location and checked in.

Instrument Returns

Please complete the form below to request a school pickup for your instrument return. If you are able to visit a Palen Music Center location, returning the instrument directly to the store is the fastest way to complete your return and stop billing.

Store Drop-off

Bring your instrument to any Palen Music Center location during business hours.

Representative Pickup

If you cannot make it to a store, our educational representatives can pick up the instrument from your school free of charge.

  • Visits depend on rep schedules and may be delayed
  • Billing continues until our rep physically retrieves the instrument
 

Contract Return Terms

At the renter’s option, the renter may cancel this agreement at the end of any monthly rental period without cause. The renter must return the instrument to PMC, without damage, reasonable wear and tear excepted, and all payments owed to the date of return must be made, including prorated rent.
